The walk in clinic is designed to bridge the gap between an illness that cannot wait for an appointment with the family physician yet does not warrant a trip to the emergency room. We have onsite lab and x-ray to get you in and out quickly and bill most insurance plans. No appointment is needed, just stop in during the designated hours.
When to Use the NCMC Walk-in Clinic or the Emergency Room:

Please note that the Walk-In clinic will not be utilized for:
- – Pain Medication Refills
- – Medication Refills-all types
- – Chronic Health Conditions
- – Annual Wellness/Physicals
- – Sports Physicals
- – New Patient Establishment
- – No Show/Cancelled appointments
- – ER/Hospital Follow Ups
These Appointment Types will require a scheduled appointment with your primary care provider.
Walk-In’s are treated on a first come, first serve basis.
We accept most insurances, self-pay and also offer a Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program for self-pay patients. Please ask our registration staff for more details.
Self-Pay, SFS Program payments and copays are due at the time of service.
